Competition Terms & Conditions

By participating in any competition or giveaway advertised by Boring Oat Milk on its Instagram page, Facebook page and/or other social media channels (the “Competition”), you confirm that you accept and agree to these competition terms.

Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of New Zealand only. Entrants must be 16 years or older.

Entry Period

The competition begins on 8th July 2024 and ends on 27th of July 2024.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must register their name and email address on the competition web page. One entry per person is allowed.

Prize

The winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries.

Prizes are not refundable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via email within two days of the competition closing. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner may be selected.

Data Sharing

By entering the competition, participants consent to their information used for the purpose of this competition and related communications.

Disqualification

The organisers reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances arise that are beyond their control.

Governing Law

The competition is governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Privacy

By entering the competition, participants consent to their provided data being used by Boring Oat Milk for the purpose of this competition, as well as for future marketing communications.

Participants may receive promotional emails from Boring Oat Milk.

Participants have the right to access, update, and correct any of their personal information.
