Putting the magic in 'where the magic happens', the lab is where the vegan sausage gets made, except in this case, it's delicious, creamy oat milk. Mystifying to anyone without a science degree, the lab and those who work in it oversee every batch of Boring® that makes it into your porridge. At the helm of that ship is Nuwan, our Laboratory Manager.

Where are we likely to find you on a day off?
Reading a book. I just finished William Dalrymple’s 'Return of the King' and it was a hair raising experience.
What’s the best bit about making Boring® Oat Milk?
Introducing it to friends who don’t typically drink plant based milks and seeing their faces go ‘whoa’.
Where’s your next holiday destination?
Europe this year on a whirlwind dash from Germany to Turkey, but I’d love to do Jordan next if it’s possible to do so safely.
