New Zealand is teeming with cow's milk experts, we learned very quickly that New Zealand is not teeming with oat milk experts. We had to become experts ourselves by learning through trial and error, failure and success - the best way to become an expert at your craft!
What's your desert island dish?
Potato chip sandwich. White fresh bread, lashings of butter, high quality salt and vinegar chips, single slice of bread folded over to catch the crumbs. Offers very little nourishment of the body but is excellent for the soul.
