Public Kitchen is the kind of place that makes you want to stay a little longer. Maybe it’s the courtyard sun. Maybe it’s the salmon bagels. Or maybe it’s Nikki, who manages the café and keeps everything humming behind the scenes.
We asked Nikki a few questions to get the inside scoop.
