Back to all Boring® Thoughts
The protein in Boring Break® comes from yeast.
The same species humans have relied on for bread and beer for thousands of years.

Specifically Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It’s grown by fermentation. Not an animal in sight. Then the protein is separated out and dried into a fine powder. Less romantic than a paddock, but there you go.
It’s a complete protein. That means it contains all nine essential amino acids, the ones your body can’t make on its own. It also contains BCAAs. That’s branched-chain amino acids, for anyone who prefers the long version.
Not all protein is the same. Protein quality depends on which amino acids are in it, and how well your body can digest it.

A fact we find more interesting than most people do.

The yeast strain is not genetically modified. The protein is vegan and free of dairy, soy and nuts.
Bread, beer and now this. 18g of protein per 300mL.

Boring Break®. Chocolate and Vanilla. 300mL and 800mL.
