Patty's Boring® Breakfast Porridge

  • Boring Original Oat Milk
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed/linseed
  • Frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (or less - up to you!)
  • Protein powder (optional)
  • Desiccated coconut
  • Cashews, or other nuts that suit your preference
  • Honey

Have a stretch and open the curtains, let the light in and check out the weather for the day. Drink some water, hug your pet (or favourite person) and put some socks on.


  1. Heat your favourite pan and grab the ingredients.
  2. Place chia seeds and flaxseeds in the pan. Now, do a little happy dance.
  3. Add blueberries, maca powder, cinnamon, protein powder, and splash as much or as little Boring Oat Milk as you prefer. Some like their porridge milky and runny, some like it sticky.

  1. Shake your hips as you stir the ingredients together, until you see the chia seeds blossom with milky goodness.
  2. Add some desiccated coconut flakes and cashews, and maybe another splash of milk if you find the concoction to lack the consistency you desire.

Transfer the magical contents of the pan into your favourite morning bowl, slice some kiwifruit, apples, oranges, or any fruit in season for that matter, and add a delicious dollop of honey.

Mix through after you’ve taken your essential snap for the gram. Enjoy!
