With Morgan Maw

While oats might not have much to say at the office Christmas party, their sustainable profile and low impact on the land make up for it. To help increase the demand for this glorious grain and in turn, contribute to a more diversified farming landscape in Aotearoa, Morgan set about the task of making a homegrown oat milk almost four years ago.

At a time when supporting local has become even more important, we're pleased to be making a truly New Zealand oat milk, made with New Zealand oats. We sat down with the unofficial oat queen to ask her some questions. Here's Morgan as you've never seen her before. Well, technically, never read her before.

(By the way here, here and here are a handful of other interesting interviews she's appeared in.)
